Message Nevada emissions testing requires the testing facility
to enter the VIN number in off the car then connect via
modem to teh DMV. The test is then directly sent to the
DMV. No stickers. Although the easy way to get around
this is to hand someone some cash and your VIN number
and info then have them hooke the equipment up to a car
they know will pass. But honestly if you have catalytic
converters you should be able to pass smog.
